Dear Debra,

This letter is very long in coming but I needed to be in the right frame of mind to write it.

How can I thank you for changing my life? The structural bodywork/ myofascial release that I’m achieving is unbelievable. I know I’m open to the process but in my wildest dreams I never thought that I’d get this far. As I write this letter, as in my daily routines, I’m discharging warm energy and know now that it’s all good. I like being grounded and understand what happens when I’m not. Removing the cobwebs has made me a whole person on so many levels.

What’s most amazing is that the initial reason for starting this work was to help me have use of my right hand and have my body and mind work through the carpo/mycapo arthritis not against it. With your help and the Sunrider products I feel like a different person.

My appreciation for the work you’ve help me achieve and your friendship are so important to me and I look forward to our continued work together. Let see where the path will take us.

Namaste,
Gayle

After three treatments my back pain has disappeared completely (it’s now 3 months
later).  I’m addicted!!   By: C.C. Computer Engineer

When I came for my first visit I didn’t have a clue of what was going to happen.  I was a bit nervous.  I soon found out that there was no need to be.  Before treatment, my lower back was in constant pain, I had extreme edema in my lower legs and I had no self confidence.  I was very unstable and suffered from poor balance.  I was not known for my gracefulness.  After just a few sessions I started walking with more smooth and fluid motion and suddenly found the stability and balance I had always been lacking.  I no longer am afraid of falling.  I feel much more stable in my strides, my edema is almost goine and my back is better.  I have found a new confidence in myself that I never thought was possible.  Debra has taught me how to listen to my body and how to deal with my stress.  She is very in tune to the special needs of bariatric patients: nutrition, emotional and physical.  This series was what was missing in my journey on the way to find the real me that was hidden away.  It has brought it all together.  I am now whole.   Sheri C. 12/15/05

Dear Debra,

In July of 2010 I consulted with you regarding my hernia and a few sessions
later there was much improvement. My concerns about limited activities and
possible surgery subsided and now 9 months later the hernia is not an
issue with me anymore.  Using your advice has given me much
confidence and peace of mind.  Thank you very much.         Sincerely,  Paul La Fata

August  2, 2004                                                                                                                                        I am writing this letter to enthusiastically endorse Debra Clydesdale as a repetative strain injury (RSI) specialist.  As a motion graphic designer and video editor, my job equires long hours spent at the computer.  Because of this in 1996, I eventually developed signs of repetative strain.  I was able to keep working until 2000, at which time my RSI became so painful I was forced to stop working for two weeks.  Devastated by this turn of events, I visited a doctor and began seeing a string of physical therapists.  Like most physicians who treat ailments in a localized manner, each attempted to ease my pain with little or no success.  RSI cannot be treated purely where the pain manifests.  A problem that seems to be in the wrist may be caused by an ailment or imbalance elsewhere in the body.  And even if the pain could be abated, the situation could worsen, because only the symptom was treated, not the underlying cause……   Finally I went to Debra.  My office visits with her consisted of Hellerwork, a type of deep tissue massage designed to heal the fascia (the connective tissue binding muscles and bones) and a regimen of stretching exercises Debra tailored to my individual physical issues.  Hellerwork helped to heal the scar tissue that had build up in my muscles, while the stretching served to insure that it never came back.  Always, the therapy was geared towards solving the cause of my RSI rather than just the symptom.  Today I am able to work full-time at a job that requires near-constant computer use.  I would not have been able to continue in my profession had I not  met and received Debra’s help.  I recommend her to anyone serious about solving their RSI problems once and for all.                                                                                                    Tony La Torre

I feel very loose, and I realize I am not used to being loose or standing straight.  Debra
is such a good person.   She has helped me so much.  I got married a couple of
months and I wasn’t feeling so good.  I went for a treatment before my marriage and I felt really good.  When ever I need treatment I’ll definitely go down there.    By:  Craig A.
